Before he transitioned into a career as a full-time home inspector, Jim worked for over 31 years in construction as a General Contractor. It was through this experience that Jim developed his masterful knowledge of residential and commercial construction—while simultaneously learning about everything that goes into a real estate transaction. There are few things more satisfying for Jim than to see a project through from start to finish, and as a General Contractor, that often meant working on a property until it was turnkey-ready. As a professional home inspector, Jim’s goals are similar—he wants to ensure that every property is ready to be lived in, and he strives to see each client smiling with the key to their perfect home in hand.
When he’s not inspecting homes, Jim likes to relax at home with his family. He also loves to go golfing whenever time permits—and on a nice day, Jim can often be found out and about riding his Harley.
